To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

3. Please understand that I am more into concept works with sketches than actual portraits. However, the subject can be nature, abstract or with abstracted figures in them.

4. Be aware that prices for the commission are based on the size of the artwork, and the artist uses only the best quality materials and archival paints.

5. Review the sample prices provided by the artist, understanding that they are subject to change based on the complexity of the project.

6. Contact the artist with any further questions or to negotiate the details of the commission.
